@bobthomson70 Yeah, "family" irks me quite a lot.

Reminds me of a $vendor based out of Singapore that once scheduled an all hands all-day meeting for Christmas day because they knew no staff would have any customer meetings.

@backupbear I am so ready to retire. Even if I was feeling a lot more healthy, corporate nonsense has gotten really, really old after 30 years and it’s only getting more pathetic and ridiculous.

@backupbear the interesting thing is folks at the other end of the road who are just starting out are similarly disgusted with it already, so a push for change is squeezing in.
