Shantell Powell@Knightky and I have been listening to the audiobook of Christopher Buehlman’s “Between Two Fires” as we head to the Maritimes. This is an adventure tale taking place during the Black Plague in early medieval Europe, and I’m really enjoying it. It is by turns hilarious and horrifying. Buehlman is a wonderful writer, but his craft especially shines when he writes battle scenes. #bookstodon #ChristopherBuehlman #HistoricalFiction
