@tchaten Good question. No memory requirements listed in the release notes that I could find.
They just say the following:
"Xcode 16 includes predictive code completion, powered by a machine learning model specifically trained for Swift and Apple SDKs. Predictive code completion requires a Mac with Apple silicon, running macOS 15.”
So just an Apple Silicon Mac with Sequoia. I'm assuming that 16GB (or more) would be much better than 8GB, though. 🤷🏻♂️
@StewartLynch Yeah, that's pretty much a requirement for all the Apple Intelligence features, so it's not a surprise. I'm not on Sequoia so I'll have to wait. 🤷🏻♂️
But still… nice to see it's finally arrived! 🎉
