@tea tea cake has gone into a new airtight storage box and left to settle all afternoon - seems to have stabilised at 56% RH (room air is at 60%).

I've now chucked in a 65% Boveda pack (the 69% ones were out of stock) so we'll see how the humidity changes overnight. Wonder if I should chuck a second pack in, as they are only the small ones. Think this cake has dried out over the past year.
