Finished Dragon Age 2. I am super hyped how the story continues from the previous part. The game has a lot of from previous game, more then I remember, but also feels cut down. It feels like first alpha version or something - mechanics cut short, level design very repetitive, the dialog options are quite nominal.
But the game is good. I had fun. It’s not actually a Dragon Age 2, though. Inquisition is, and this was a story prequel.
@glukozavr Ahh Dragon Age 2 - I remember many complaints when it came out, that it felt kind of unfinished. But you are right, it was certainly enjoyable - just not quite a full sequel.
I did login to Dragon Age Keep and unless I am mistaken, it seems to think that I did not finish Inquisition, so maybe I need to go back to that. But I felt sure that I did - if I remember right the final boss fight was super easy because I'd done everything and outlevelled the boss 😄
@picard Yeah, I think I had the same feeling. That boss fight was not even the most complicated I had.
I made a few very interesting decisions in the first game and I am very curious to see how the game reacts to that in Inquisition! I had a made human mage in the first game (because my affection to Morrigan haven’t aged a day and it feels like the best fit), I made a God baby, Hawke is a woman warrior, my new Inquisitor will be Dalish Rogue. I feel like Veilguard has to be a dwarf…
@glukozavr I have half a mind to go back and play them all - your writing about them makes it sound interesting! It is not something I have time for right now, really, but I feel like it would surely improve the enjoyment of Veilguard to have played them so recently - when everything is a haze from the past it is not as good in my opinion.
I wonder if at least I might be able to find some summary of all the key events (including my decisions) to refresh my memory...
