I have this fantasy where Harris picks AOC as her running mate, and then AOC (much like she does now) quietly gets a bunch of progressive shit done in the background as VP.

Part 1 of The Prophecy is complete. Now on to Part 2!

[I fully expect that Harris will make the safe, smart choice, and choose a boring moderate white guy from the east coast to balance the ticket.]

@Andres4NY

my SO (finance guy who reads totally diff source) says he’s hearing Mark Kelly. (Safe white Guy from swing state)

@Andres4NY Like I said the other day, AOC’s 35th birthday comes at the perfect time for an October surprise. Of course the only way the Dem establishment lets that happen is if Biden has just given all of them a very bad strain of COVID.
@Andres4NY This is a very good fantasy.
@Andres4NY @blogdiva Ooh! I just looked up AOC’s birth date, and she’s old enough to meet the office requirements this October!
@Andres4NY @blogdiva While I’m thinking about it, Taylor Swift will also meet the requirements before inauguration, so she could run, too. 😉
@Andres4NY @blogdiva Joking aside, I would definitely support and vote for a Harris / Ocasio-Cortez ticket.
@ramsey @blogdiva I think she's said in the past that she has no interest in POTUS because of all the attention, but VP? She hasn't said anything about that!
@Andres4NY I wish we lived in that timeline
@Andres4NY A Harris / Stacy Abrams ticket would be amazing too. But would just blow the MAGA Minds though.
@Andres4NY it's a fantasy now, but who among the "moderate" Dems of her generation has any charisma at all? She's better known than anyone else in the House. She's clearly been playing ball lately. Maybe they're getting closer to realizing they have no future without her and the squad?
@Andres4NY Are we talking about the same AOC that denied railroad workers the right to strike? Yeah, we need more of that.
