Itโs all I can do to avoid reaching into my purse and giving people wearing floppy masks one of my extra N95s. I mean, theyโre obviously trying to do the right thing, but perhaps they donโt understand how masks work โ or are supposed to fit.
I have a friend who is a retired college professor, a scientist, and a health nut.
A year or two ago she caught Covid 19.
She acted shocked and asked in an astonished tone how she could have gotten it. She knew better.
Some Socratic questioning revealed that she ate in a restaurant with friends. Something she already knew was a risk.
"That is enough to do it" I said.
