@cstross you know, Joe Biden is not Noam Chomsky. He also serves the fat cats. His whole life. The problem is Joe Biden's fat cats have lost confidence in his ability to deliver access to power for them. And they are correct. The people who put Joe in the game are calling him back to the dugout, because he's lost his fastball. That's all that's happening. Joe is not FDR. Or even LBJ. Joe is finished. He just doesn't seem to know it yet.
