@protonprivacy Good article...the problem is I love my mesh router setup, and I love that it is automatically updated with security updates (something that's still difficult to find on most consumer routers!! HOW!?).

Is there an easy to deploy, affordable mesh network solution for consumers that is private (and ideally open source?).

Until then, I'm going to need to keep recommending the admittedly not private, but simple and secure solutions Plume, Google, Linksys etc have put out.
