@tristansnell It is laughable for Biden and others to say there's no place for this violence in America. Assassinating Presidents is an American tradition - Garfield, McKinnely, Lincoln, JFK and attempted assassinations of Ford, Reagan and candidate George Wallace. America is the most violent gun-worshiping nation in the western world by far

I suspect Crooks was depressed, angry and suicidal. I think this was about his suicidal nihilistic rage. Since mass shootings have become common, Trump was an opportunity to do something even bigger and more dramatic while committing suicide by cop.
