I try not to go on and on and on about tech—there are so damned many places to read about it, so many other people to follow—but I do want to point out that, in light of the continued wandering of the Mozilla Corporation from its mission and the Firefox browser becoming less like the software many of us want: I've found LibreWolf to be a pretty decent replacement. Like ungoogled-chromium (a Chrome without the peril), LibreWolf is a Firefox fork without the growing level of sketchiness.

And it's actively maintained, actively synced with upstream! https://librewolf.net/

I hereby now promise the next time I talk about some sort of technology, it'll be a minimum of 30 years old.

LibreWolf Browser

A custom version of Firefox, focused on privacy, security and freedom.

@majick I didn't know about this project, and it seems like a great option. Thanks for breaking your usual rule for this case!
