What about scamilc (SKA MILK) integrating #McCLIM (#commonLisp) windows both presenting from and accepting to emacs, then using it to develop a complementary gui to interactively configure emacs' startup and state in general via slime? I do this bit anyway, but I could put together a talk for it over time.

The name would be a pun on climacs #emacs.
