You are totally on point, to answer op and strong in topic, that’s like the difference between wanking and being wanked, both will get you there but being passive and enjoying need things is always nice. It’s not because you can visualize it that you can think of it. Moreover I have great spatial and detailed mind visualization but I have trouble with faces. As an example I can visualize myself navigating in streets and places, I can rotate objects in my mind and other stuff, but faces are hard for me, like reading in a dream .
