It might be a long time ago forgotten nostalgia for one, or the daily reality for another. Many people are still using these celluloid ribbons for their art of taking pictures. This kind of photography is more touchable and tangible with the stages of the process.
Personally I prefer to burn my free time (when I have it) to all this, instead of sitting in front of the phone and endlessly putting likes on IG or FB

@victorbz I'm coming to accept that B&W analogue, for as long as it exists, is just *me*. I get little joy from digital, I'll do a little bit of MFT, for our holidays, but I'm all in on silver until they stop making the makings of it.
And my negs aren't plastic waste to go in landfill, maybe they will one day, but that'll be after I'm dead, and hopefully long so.
