Thanks for people that voted, I try look at stuff online to setup Sims 1 and if it has any quirks as suprisely, The Sims is infamous for being little bit broken.

Here's the example of an oversight in The Sims 1:

Before the Hot Date expansion pack, there were no interests feature at all. Depending on someone's interest, they will get along with whoever they are talking to about what subject. Without it, you will struggle to make friends as well.. they have no interest in anything

Premade household before that expansion pack (eg. the Goths family) does not have any points to any of the interest. The only way to generate it is sending them to an community lot and do that to every single Sim who also have no points in any of the interests.

There's an mod called Interests Adjuster which all you had to do is place that object to your lot and any Sim that currently is on there will have their interest generated.
