A sad morning at Highwoods #Parkrun this morning as we remembered Colchester running legend Arthur Whiston, who died just over a week ago. So many members of Colchester Harriers and Running Colchester came out for him and lots of memories of him around a course he ran and marshalled at so many times. RIP King Arthur, it was a pleasure to visit so many Parkruns and run with you. Well, watch you disappear off into the distance as I lumbered around at the back.
