Speaking of overly complicated processes for deleting accounts, apparently the workflow for closing old OpenDNS accounts, now they've been bought out by Cisco, is to:
1. Open a support ticket and ask for a deletion.
2. Wait for the support guy to reply back to you,
3. Open that email, and while that email is open log back into the OpenDNS dashboard.
4. Reply to the email with, like. "Yes I really mean it" while the dashboard is still open.
5. Hope that works, I guess?
And, like... um. Did no-one do any user testing on this, like. At all?
