I was recently reminded that, back in my Gen X twenties when he was one of the hottest authors around, I meant to one day do a completist run of all the novels of #NewWeird author #DavidMitchell. So I'm going to finally do it this year instead, now that he's fallen into semi-obscurity. (He's mostly known now for being the original author of that laughably terrible adaptation of "Cloud Atlas," i.e. "Tom Hanks talking like Jar Jar Binks for three hours.")
