So, as per usual, the 'AI' employed by the airline I'm traveling with today to 'answer my questions' didn't & couldn't. Has anyone every actually been helped by one of these things? Frickin' useless. Now waiting on interminable hold for an actual human. Sigh.

I did like when people asked the Pak N Slave bot for recipes using common cleaning products though.
