🇳🇿So, as per usual, the 'AI' employed by the airline I'm traveling with today to 'answer my questions' didn't & couldn't. Has anyone every actually been helped by one of these things? Frickin' useless. Now waiting on interminable hold for an actual human. Sigh.

@lightweight no, and I personally find any kind of shitty #Bot on a #SupportHotline insulting to the point that I specifically want a direct-dial to human support staff (I don't need a named rep tho!)...
- In fact I specifically go out of my way to make said #Bots refer me to a human being because I can't be bothered to give a f**k about their shitty input methods!
IceNineNever looked at them, but then I almost never get to fly any more. Not that I went far.
I did like when people asked the Pak N Slave bot for recipes using common cleaning products though.
