@mdonkin Synnovis is unfortunately a bit more interesting than that ... it's a public private partnership that's 49% owned by two NHS hospitals.

@agvbergin That is facinating. If it was 51% owned by public bodies, would it be subject to stricter regulation such as FOI and public procurement?
