Today, I put forward a solid release plan for an Indigenous man in custody. He has FASD and is homeless.

After some great argument from the Crown Prosecutor and Defence Counsel, the Court of King's Bench Justice declined to let this man out.

I can certainly understand the decision. I am glad all accurate and pertinent information was presented, and a fair decision was made.
