Quite apt that there's a new season of Barbeque Showdown on Netflix to go with beef rib dinner.

Amusing that the key ingredient for the second episode is beer. Shall be interesting to see how that goes for folks. There's some very specific pitfalls if you're not familiar with it.

It used to be a specific interest if mine, but I don't do it much these days, kinda well explored that niche and decided beer is mainly better as a drink than an ingredient lol, but it does have a place in cooking.
