Have you been hacked and lost access to your Facebook or Instagram account? I'm visiting a friend who works for Facebook (now Meta). He says you may be able to regain access to your old account. For example, if the attacker changed your email address and you still have access to your old email account, you should receive an email notification that your account email was changed.
