Ok, at this point I've had enough.

Anyone in the UK looking at Lila Connect for your Fibre broadband - they are incapable of listening to requests to use Email to communicate. They will just relentlessly ring you from phone numbers without identifiers.

They've had a £50 fee for 5 months with no movement, and there is no timeline on when it can be installed.

I asked to swap package, they cancelled my order and wanted me to call them

Again, I said I want emails not calls.

They called.

Avoid.

Like - some of us have anxiety triggers. Stop fucking ignoring instruction because you want to verbally up-sell.

My god.

That's the *third* call this afternoon from a phone number that I only know is Lila Connect because I googled it and hope that the nusance-call sites are right. It's not listed on the official Lila Connect website.

No voicemail left any time.

@mattwilcox Do they ignore instructions to email deaf customers, I wonder?

@lucy_who I considered pretending I was deaf but it felt icky to do that, so I didn't.

Makes you wonder though.

@mattwilcox I know what you mean. Besides which, you shouldn’t have to announce your medical history or disability to a company to get the service you need.
