I, for the past several years, have seriously been saying this to my imaginary audience every morning when I wake up and engage the energy necessary to get to the kitchen and make a coffee. I had a girlfriend in 2019 that would get a kick out of it.

I thought you were going to say you said this to the dishes you left soaking, right before you do the dishes.
