Trying to find something to watch, I decided on the first episode of the first series of NCIS New Orleans.

In the episode Brodie, makes a comment about enjoying a Beignet (pronounced Ben-yay) and Lemonade, I hadn't noticed this the last time I watched, so consulted the internet...and now I have a recipe for what is essentially a doughnut lashed in to much powdered sugar.
