@davidgerard her appalling hateful beliefs aside, i do find it genuinely funny whenever someone does this specific legal maneuver (suing for defamation and then getting demolished by your own stuff in discovery). are they really so incompetent as to not realize what would happen? i guess they must be

@wehpudicabok @davidgerard I guess failing to sue would look like an admission; starting the process and hoping that the other party will settle (which they can claim “vindicates” them) rather than go through with it may seem like the best strategy?

@wehpudicabok @davidgerard People like this aren’t known for making good decisions. There’s also a good chance she didn’t know how much info she’d have to turn over as part of discovery.
