Ex-fucking-actly. No notes.
@stevesilberman There's another take on it: Gilbert and Sullivan's Utopia Limited: island country, king an absolute monarch but advised by two wise men. If they concur & the king ignores them, the Public Exploder is charged with blowing up the king. Turns out the two "wise men" are wise guys , collude, and make the king publish a scandal rag called the Palace Peeper. That's what we might get: the Supreme court as the "wise men" and the Prez as the king.
@stevesilberman To add some more, Utopia Limited was written when corporations were a new thing. Gilbert just couldn't accept the idea of a legal entity being a "person", so they fixed the king's problem by making everyone on the island a corporation. Then the Public Exploder would have to blow up a legal fiction, not the actual person.

@bzdev @stevesilberman

Tell me when the corporation goes to jail and gets put on death row for knowingly putting products on the market that kills people. ☠️

@cindyyusa @stevesilberman Why don't you ask William Gilbert? Try a seance to contact him.He used a legal argument to resurrect some ghosts in Ruddiore
