Facebook / Meta are utterly fucking stupid.

They auto-remove my article on the OpenSSH flaw in the GamingOnLinux page because it "goes against community standards" ๐Ÿคฆ

@gamingonlinux This problem seems to have appeared suddenly in the past week or so, affecting many publications I like that also cross-post to sporkbook. Also happened to me, simply sharing a link to a fb page I have named after a pet turtle
@gamingonlinux maybe they are against flaw-shaming ๐Ÿคฃ
@gamingonlinux Iโ€™ve seen this before with security vulnerabilities and Facebook classing them as hacking content or some other outrageous deviant behaviour. ๐Ÿคท
@gamingonlinux โ€œIโ€™m sorry your attempt to educate and protect people goes against our policy of keeping them ignorant and vulnerable so they may be exploited by our algorithmsโ€.
@gamingonlinux they only tolerate closessh
@gamingonlinux try citing "feminism" ๐Ÿ˜‚ (in any context)

@gamingonlinux
Par for the course, really.

FB doesn't really want actual real news on its platform, it means less "engagement"...

*sigh*

@gamingonlinux you're probably giving away one of their secrets to let them spy on you.
@gamingonlinux

That is the holy decision of Meta's Super AI. You know very well you did wrong. An AI however will never ever be or do wrong.
@gamingonlinux Just the opening sentence will do. No need to elaborate really.
