InteusSupreme Court Justices can be impeached. I think the only reason they aren't at this point is because the GOP will block any attempt to confirm new Justices.
Philip Weiss (Phil in SF)@inteus707 Impeachment would require 67 votes to convict in the Senate. We are not going to get that many votes to convict with the current makeup of the GOP.
