@freddy @freqchance feel like when I try say these incantations it only leads to things you can’t measure don’t exist so there is no such thing as security, only the bugs matter.

@blinkygal @freddy I think these words are intended to inform policy makers' thoughts. One hopes that the people implementing these policies internalise the nuance described here for exactly the reason you mention. Otherwise we get perverse incentives and waste.
