@tedu is the commented out os.Remove in https://humungus.tedunangst.com/r/honk/v/tip/f/filestoragemanagerfactory.go intentional? man honk.8 implies cleanup will remove old attachments but it doesn't actually remove anything at the moment.

@c it was intentional because I wasn't sure it would delete the right files, but it should probably just delete the files for real.
