If someone offered you the job of NRA president, would you take it? I sure would. I'd accept the job, then run the organization into the ground.

That's why government-hating conservatives go into government: to destroy the government. (That, and to sell influence along the way.)

I know we are, but (just like Democrats in general) we tend to be nice, thoughtful, considerate, rational, and concerned about the health & vitality of the planet & its inhabitants. It's good to have money, sure- but not at the expense of the future.
