Entered the tram home as it was 'my' number, but didnt notice it had a completely different destination than usual...and it wasn't just me, but all the other 40 people aboard as well. I expressed my anger politely, but clear. The other off-duty tram driver just riding along asked if we can't read and started laughing more and more at the passengers. This moment was totally angering, and for elders, the mothers with buggies and kids it was a big challenge to walk back a whole station. It's just one of many issues daily commuters with #KGV in #Kassel encounter.
I never owned a car and am using public transport since 30 years across many cities in Germany and the world, I joined demonstrations for better wages of public transport staff #wirfahrenzusammen but the rudeness and incompetence here really isn't acceptable.
