EU should ban AI-powered citizen scoring and mass surveillance, say experts
The EU has released a new report on how it can implement AI in a trustworthy and “human-centric” manner. The report includes recommendations from policy experts that the EU ban the use of AI for “mass-scoring” of citizens’ behavior, and restrict the use of AI for mass surveillance.
