TL;DR - if you have enabled manual password adding in Gorg Password Fuckup (Manager), and you want to add a 'localhost' address, prepare FAIL! for deep deep FAIL! fuckery.
Basically you have to create a CSV file and import it. Yes.

Google Chrome does not allow me to save a Password and Username for one of my locahost addresses. It didn't have this problem in past versions but now I get the warning that the address is missing...
