Druid 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

I had to rescue a Swift that got trapped in a neighbour's house earlier. It was lovely to see one of these beautiful birds up close. I love #Swifts. ❤️ I look forward to them arriving every year and it's always a bit sad when they leave again. #birds

@ianhunt Yes I think there are fewer here in our valley in South Wales too. ☹️ I'm so happy that our house has provided a home for them to return to year after year. It's partially due to people having their houses updated and having the soffits completely sealed with uPVC. If only they also fitted nesting boxes afterwards to compensate.
