I needed something to make me feel better so I made this. I used mostly cornstarch and just a little flower, it turned out super crispy after frying it low and slow.

That looks great! I love kimchi but never had it as a pancake more just used as a condiment rather than the star. Going to have to keep my eye open for something like this on a menu.
