If he was angry he would have taken some action - common sense should tell him it’s unacceptable behaviour & a disciplinary matter.
It appears the whole Tory party is corrupt. Maybe it’s a job requirement for them.
He might be angry that they are making it even harder to hoodwink the electorate.
He promised integrity & accountability. Neither is even visible on the horizon.
