Is this an android ad?

Am I missing something? This seems pretty phone-agnostic to me.

Ice cream sandwich was the name for an android version.

Prior to version 10, Android releases were given names that were various sweets/deserts. Examples included Ice Cream Sandwich, Nougat, and Oreo.

I think OP is joking that donut sandwich could be an Android version name.
