In my dream a Japanese animation studio created an anime series based on an old manga series that revolved around a car which continuously measured Tessim and would display the result on a roof top mounted LCD display, like a huge alarm clock. Tessim signified the distance to a specific particle in the universe and the design was considered iconic. (1/2)

Hence the car was able to hunt intergalactic criminals through space. At the wheel was Anne Hathaway and her partner Anne Will who was keeping track of the bounties. Also she had a chip on her shoulder I think. The catch line of the series was: "Where there’s a Will, Anne Hathaway" Their arch nemesis was a sinister biker woman named Sophie Mono whose motorcycle always left a red trail. It was all rather silly. (2/2)
