@GottaLaff Just got solar generator set up for the home. Backup energy for now, scaling up to whole house. If I can get internet and mobile in a green way somehow I will no longer be beholden on utilities.

My set up is portable in case I need to join you up North. Don’t tell Alberta about the clean energy in my luggage.

Here in the southern hemisphere the winter solstice means our panels are operating for fewer hours. But that doesn’t mean they aren’t chugging along for a good part of the day, giving free heating.
