Today we experienced a small victory as the vote for the proposal regarding #ChatControl was withdrawn.

This was only the first wave. We will have to keep the pressure up as this proposal might come up again when the EU Presidency moves to Hungary.

Today it was made clear that this bill would outlaw end-to-end encryption as Ella Jakubowska said on the other site. This is straight-up the next #cryptowar. Edit: added a word, was too excited when I drafted this. 😃
