I'm happy and honored to be a delegate for my local congregation to the #UUA General Assembly again this year
I took today and tomorrow off to attend virtually this year
I'm looking forward to the agenda, and meeting and networking with folks this year
I'm also curious to see how it all works being virtual this year
@k8vsy I miss general assembly. I haven't been able to go since I left the GA planning committee.
My partner is helping run lots of stuff for GA this year.
@bitterdonald ah, aww! hopefully you can go again in the future. It's definitely an experience, especially to network/meet other like-minded UUs across the country
and, yeah, GA can be fun. I started going last year as a sponsor for some in our youth group, and I was also a delegate. I decided to participate again this year, as a delegate too.
