I'm sure the focus was meant to be on Lady Loulan... but I can't help noticing how her ladies-in-waiting look so alike her. Especially when a couple of episodes ago they mentioned that even the emperor had trouble recognising her. #ApothecaryDiaries #anime #TheApothecaryDiaries

@JustaSweetBean Right now, the only difference between them is eye colour... but that's just an observation.
Hopefully series 2 will get to the nitty gritty of this.

I think it will as it be based on books 3 and 4. I'm looking forward to seeing it animated. Honestly, my favorite volumes.
