Paul@NZedAUS unlikely. They could get a higher percentage of the vote but with first past the post they won't win many seats. Lib Dems will hopefully come second in terms of seats
@HardBeingGreen fully aware of the wasted vote in FPTP and the difficulty in winning seats; my comment more regarding total vote.
@NZedAUS highest I've seen them at in polling so far is 7 seats, that's all that really matters in the end although the lower percentage they get the better as well
@HardBeingGreen latest YouGov had their % support at 19 vs. 18 for the Conservatives.
@NZedAUS and they'll celebrate loudly if they get that but it'll still likely turn into a single figure seat count
@HardBeingGreen not disputing that...under FPTP its incredibly difficult for minor parties to win seats; the Greens have only ever managed to secure one constituency.

There is a big push going on for people to vote tactically, it will be interesting to see if it works. I'd love to see more Greens win seats
