Republican Congressman Jim Banks sent letters in recent days to a number of high-profile figures in the U.S. far-right, saying that they had been added to a Ukrainian NGO's list of individuals and groups "in the U.S. impeding aid to Ukraine." Banks, who is running for Senate in
