Most of them are using the same name inside and outside family.
Frank (sc) is also called Frankie by his family because he's the youngest son, but my MC just calls him Frank because Frankie is the name of his cat, and it's weird for him.

My MC is called by everyone Andy, but his family calls him Drej.
I'm planning further in the story once he legally changes his surname to switch his nickname into Morri (short for his surname, Morrigan)
