Why should anyone feel conflicted

This is *proof* that the USA is a different place, where there are no kings and nobody is above the law, in principle.

Everyone of every stripe should be extremely happy about both of these convictions of crimes that were committed by rich white dudes. It is a piece of evidence that we are all actually equal, if we really want to be.
