Just gave a WordPress refresh course to my non-technical co-workers.

After explaining they can use 'Patterns' I pre-made, for certain blocks.

Co-worker: "So..is a Pattern a block?".

Me: "Yes and no, it depends". It can be one block, it can be several blocks grouped together. I don't know, Matt Mullenweg has me confused too.
